This represents a <strong data-start=\"683\" data-end=\"718\">3% decrease from September 2024<\/strong> (571 sales) but a <strong data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"778\">5.5% increase compared to August 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"934\">\n<li data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"856\">\n<p data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"856\"><strong data-start=\"785\" data-end=\"807\">Condominium sales:<\/strong> 154 units sold, down <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"853\">18.5% year-over-year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"857\" data-end=\"934\">\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"934\"><strong data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"888\">Single-family home sales:<\/strong> 289 units sold, up <strong data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"931\">6.3% year-over-year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"936\" data-end=\"1039\">This mix reflects a softer condo market but continued strength in single-family homes and townhouses.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1077\"><\/h2>\n<h2 data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1077\">A Market Finding Stability<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1250\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1141\">September was another stable month for local real estate,<\/strong>\u201d said Victoria Real Estate Board Chair, Dirk VanderWal.<br data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1200\" \/>He emphasized that stability is a positive sign:<\/p>\n<blockquote data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1484\">\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1484\">\u201cWe don\u2019t want to see huge fluctuations in price or number of sales in our market.
