There is plenty to celebrate this September.

Congratulations to Colleen Ferguson and Steven Dosanj, who were recognized as Top Team Realtors for September 2026 with Pinnacle Homes Group, brokered by eXp Realty. 🏆

For Colleen, the recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the work she has built her career around: helping people navigate real estate with a focus on presale and new construction homes across Greater Victoria.

Colleen is the creator of Victoria New Homes, a resource dedicated to helping buyers explore new developments, presale opportunities, and new construction homes throughout Greater Victoria.

Through Victoria New Homes, Colleen brings together information about communities and developments across the region, helping buyers better understand what is being built, where it is happening, and what to consider when purchasing a new home.

Her work goes beyond simply showcasing new developments. Colleen understands that buying a presale home can be very different from purchasing an established property. Buyers may be considering floor plans before construction begins, staged deposits, completion timelines, contracts, GST considerations, assignments, warranties, and many other details that come with a new home purchase.

That is why education and preparation have become such an important part of the Victoria New Homes approach.

Greater Victoria continues to see new homes and communities take shape across the region, from Victoria, Esquimalt and Saanich to Langford, Colwood, View Royal and surrounding communities.

Colleen’s role as a presale specialist allows her to work closely with buyers who are interested in these opportunities while helping them understand the process before making a decision.

Victoria New Homes was created to make that information easier to find.

Whether someone is researching their first presale purchase, looking for a new condominium, considering a townhome, or simply keeping an eye on what is being developed in Greater Victoria, the website provides a place to explore the local new-home market.

Being named one of Pinnacle Homes Group’s Top Team Realtors for September is a great professional milestone, but for Colleen, the recognition represents something bigger: the relationships built with clients and the work that goes into every transaction.

Real estate is ultimately about people. Every buyer has different priorities, questions, timelines, and goals. Colleen’s approach is centered on taking the time to understand those needs and helping clients navigate the process with greater confidence.

Her recognition alongside Steven Dosanj also reflects the importance of teamwork and the support of the wider Pinnacle Homes Group.

As Pinnacle shared in announcing the achievement, their dedication to their clients and hard work on every deal helped set the bar for the month.

We are proud to celebrate Colleen Ferguson and Steven Dosanj on being named Pinnacle Homes Group’s Top Team Realtors for September 2026.

For Colleen, it is another milestone in the continued growth of Victoria New Homes and her work helping people discover new home opportunities throughout Greater Victoria.

Congratulations to both Colleen and Steven on a well-deserved achievement! 🏆

There is plenty to celebrate this September.
