We refer to Colleen as our miracle worker.

There was a particular property that we had fallen in love with but didn't actually think we had a chance of acquiring. We brought her along to an open house so she could kick the tires and confirm our interest wasn't misplaced. She put us in touch with all the right people to make it all happen, and advocated tirelessly to ensure it did. She made trips out to the property on her own to get all the intel possible.

And the icing on top of the cake, was, not a week after our offer was accepted, she connected us with wonderful tenants to rent the place while we plan our escape from Ontario. She also found us a skilled contractor to do some work on the unit.

And the candle on top of the icing on top of the cake was the red carpet she rolled out in front of the building, when we went to the take possession and pick up the keys. Nice touch Colleen!
